Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Chris. I’ve spent 22 years in stone, and every worktop we make goes into someone’s home or project, so I treat it like it’s going into mine.
My career has covered every stage of the job: templating, fabrication, supply and installation, alongside some of the most respected names in the industry. I also spent time in the US as a templater and project manager for a stone company in Maryland, on high-spec projects where precision, programme and finish were non-negotiable. That’s the standard we hold every job to, from a family kitchen to a commercial fit-out.
Stone is usually one of the last trades on site, and it’s where delays and poor finishes show most. So we template accurately and work to tight tolerances so it fits right first time, and you get one point of contact from first visit to final fit. Quartz, granite, marble, porcelain or natural stone, no passing you around.
I’m a dad first. The LM in LM Stone Creative is my children’s first initials, a daily reminder of who I’m doing this for and why I keep going. Giving back matters to us too: £20 from every full worktop project goes to Purple Heart Wishes.
